I have won medals at local, national and international level, becoming a WUMF Senior World Championship Silver medalist and ERSKF Senior English Champion in Kata. I’ve coached many students, helping them achieve high grades and impressive competition results. Outside of karate, I’ve worked as a personal trainer for over a decade, combining my knowledge of fitness with my martial arts background.
